The estate comprises five warehouse units. These were purchased as overflow storage by Patrick Motors Limited in the 1970’s and around 10 years ago underwent extensive refurbishment and modernisation.

All units are of steel frame and brick construction with metal profile double skin insulated roofs on steel trusses with similar wall cladding. Internally each unit contains fitted strip lighting throughout, gas-fired heating systems and concrete floors. Toilet/washroom facilities (with disabled W.C.) were also installed internally, as well as electrically operated roller shutter secured access doors. Electric gates and security camera’s were also installed. The site is fully let to a variety of businesses.
