PMG Investments Ltd is a privately-owned, family-run business, with an extensive commercial history spanning well over 100 years. Julian Pritchard, the current Chairman and CEO, is the fourth generation to run the business and together with his experienced and loyal team is responsible for the marketing, letting and management of the properties contained within the group’s portfolio. The current portfolio contains a wide range of commercial property including:

PMG Investments is family owned and run, and through the families majority shareholder, the charity the Patrick Trust, supports a wide and diverse range of charities around the West Midlands. With profits derived from rental income, its nice to know as a tenant, that you will also be potentially contributing to local charities.
Meet the team
Julian A Pritchard
Following a successful career as a stockbroker and then in investment banking, Julian became the fourth generation of the family to run the business. Currently undertaking the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PMG Investments, Julian ensures the team work together to provide a first class service for their tenants and clients. Julian is also a Trustee of the Patrick Foundation, the charity which owns the Patrick Collection motor museum. He is also Managing Director of Norton Place Properties Ltd, a Panel Member to the Joseph Patrick Trust, Treasurer & Trustee to the Friends of Brandwood End Cemetery and also a Vice President of the national charity Muscular Dystrophy UK. Julian has also joined the board of the Patrick Trust as a Trustee.
Neil Edwards
Neil has been with PMG since the 1990’s and presently undertakes the role of Estates Manager, with responsibility for the day-to day running of the properties within the PMG portfolio. Neil liaises directly with tenants and suppliers, co-ordinates compliance with statutory regulations for items such as Health and Safety and site security and directs the maintenance team in its duties for the relevant locations.
A Kevin Parkes
Kevin has been a part of the business for over 30 years. Kevin’s relationship with PMG (then Patrick Motors Ltd) started as an auditor of the firms accounts. This later led to a position within the business with Kevin subsequently becoming Company Secretary. As well as these duties, Kevin is also responsible for the control, and smooth running, of the accounts department.
Carol Rose
Carol has been with PMG for over 30 years, providing PA/secretarial support to not only PMG, but its associated businesses, including the Patrick Trust. Carol has a broad, almost encyclopedic, knowledge of the business and is able to assist in any field necessary. Carol not only provides support to the current Chairman of PMG, she is also the primary point of contact and assistance in relation to matters concerning the Patrick Family for both business and personal matters.
